Mr. Michael Bartlett- Vanderpuye 

Mr. Michael Bartlett-Vanderpuye  is a Director of Gold Hub Ghana (GHG) and The President and Chairman of M&C Group Global. He has a strong background in Management and Corporate Finance which he practices throughout Africa, places in Europe, ASIA, The Gulf and the USA.

His experience spreads into management and listings on the second boards in Dubai. He is well acquainted with the respective Market trends and shares his expertise in Minerals Mining and Trading, Commodities Trading and Real Estate.

M&C Group Global, born out of his foresight, has offices in Hong Kong, China in Asia, Dubai, Sharjah in UAE, South-Africa, Cameroun and head office in Accra, Ghana.

His sea of experience in financial management and running business operations both in Europe and Asia gives him pride and agility to match parties whilst making inputs to address their management issues and growing pains.

His extensive background in international investment banking and finance brings the necessary experience required to successfully manage the Investment operations of the Group.

Michael Bartlett-Vanderpuye has played a great role in raising investment capital in the United Arab Emirates, USA to benefit the Ministry of Works and Housing in Ghana and for other international organisations in his capacity as an investment banker.

Michael Bartlett-Vanderpuye has been speaking at functions including tradeshows, conferences, conventions and meetings in parts of Europe and ASIA.

He spends time in Europe. Asia and the Gulf Region to keep offices in those countries up to date.
He is married with two children. He is an avid English Football fan.

Ms. Emefa Gladys Deblui

Emefa is the Chief Executive Officer of Gold Hub Ghana (GHG) Limited. Her expertise as a wealth manager and financial advisor spans over a decade in the Ghanaian Investment Industry. Prior to joining GHG Limited, Emefa had a progressive career in Investment Banking starting her career in Databank as a Client Relationship Manager, and then to All-Time Capital Limited as a Senior Investment Analyst. In 2018, She joined OctaneSD Limited as a Fund and Business Development Manager and subsequently consulted on the merger team that successfully evolved the company to OctaneDC Limited.

Throughout her career, Emefa has worked across various roles with focus on Operations and Portfolio Management. She has experience in Client Relationship Management, Marketing and Business Development, Product Development and Fund Management. Over the years, she has spearheaded the development of various collective investment schemes and a mutual fund for the companies she worked with. She has also had experience in Merger and Acquisition as well as Change Management. Emefa has been enthusiastic about grooming financially independent young leaders through seminars, talks and roadshows to youth/tertiary clubs, groups and societies interested in building wealth.

Emefa has also developed a Professional Acumen needed for doing business in Ghana and across the Sub Region. She is highly competent in advisory and growing wealth through investments in Ghana.

Emefa is licensed by The Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana, as an Investment Advisor and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK and is an alumnus of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a Degree in B.A. Arts (Sociology & Social Work).

Mr. Eric Kodi-Kodi

Eric Kodi-Kodi is a Director of Gold Hub Ghana (GHG) and Group CEO of M&C Group Global. A Master in Business Administration and an Associate in Business Studies, having over Forty (40) Years of experience in Administrative and Managerial responsibilities. An Innovator of Business Ideas and a passionate business developer for private business growth.

Eric Kodi-Kodi has strong inclination in the development of the manufacturing industry and bent on establishing non-existent industries in the Ghanaian business terrain, such as Heavy-Duty Equipment Assembly Plant (Bulldozers, Vibro-Rollers, Pipe-Layers etc. etc.), Car Headlights Assy Manufacturing Plant and Corned Beef Production Plant.

He was a member of the Ghana National Chamber Of Commerce And Industry (GNCCI) and chaired the General Trade Section in the Chamber for several years running. A strong Organizer of all Chamber Cocktail Events for all CEOs of Companies registered in the Chamber.

His exploits in Business, has taken him to Russia, Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant as their Local Representative in Ghana and West Africa. To India, KDR Industries, Manufacturers of Industrial Machines as their local Representative in Ghana and then recently to Guinea-Bissau as a Consultant for Business Innovation and Implementation.

His passion for politics took him into the terrain to go through Parliamentary Elections in the Fourth Republic.

He is an avid Writer with the penchant to create articles of motivation and some for tension relief. He has also spoken on various platforms for the enhancement of rudiments of business approach to invigorate business owners and starters as well in their efforts.

He sole-handedly re-organized the Ghana League Clubs Association to a full effect in the Eighties (1982 – 84).

He is one of the personalities who met in Winneba to introduce new reforms in Ghana’s Football policies.

He was one of the best and most beautiful goal scorers in Ghana’s First Division Football (now Premier) during his playing days in the Sixties and to the later part of the Seventies (1967-1978) when he hanged his boots.

He co-founded ZEBI FOOTBAL CLUB IN 1982.

He is married and has Six Children and Eight Grandchildren.
